Where can I find information about local hotels, and the timing of events?

Great. Thank you. I really want to make it to the conference. I live in Philly, and missed my chance to see you when you were here a few years back.
I think we will have the church hall longer than we first thought, so the schedule notes above (in the post) might not end up being as limited.
